Friends of Waialua Bandstand in the Park is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of assisting, encouraging, and promoting musical, cultural, and educational programs at the bandstand in the Waialua Park and to provide assistance to school music programs.

Friends of Waialua Bandstand in the Park is not responsible for scheduling use of the bandstand or park. The Waialua Bandstand is owned and operated by the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Parks and Recreation.
